Shower cubicle installation.
Wilton Studios recently installed a new shower cubicle and shower tray. Their installers did an excellent job with attention to detail and care. The office staff were very helpful and courteous throughout the process. We would not hesitate to employ their services again.

Replacement boiler and bathroom to shower room conversion
The company was recommendation by a friend of a previous customer. We visited their showroom and explained our needs. They arranged a survey and we accepted their detailed quotation. We were given an estimate of the time when they could start the work and this was quite some way in the future. We explained that we had the opportunity to vacate our premises and move into a nearby property whilst our friends who lived there visited relatives in India. Unfortunately this opportunity was much sooner than the estimated start date we had provisionally been given. This is where Wilton Studios really excelled when they told us they would do their best to bring our work forward to coincide with the period when we could vacate our property. We decided, from meeting the staff, that we would trust them, so we moved out and left them a key. The work consisted or removing an old floor-standing boiler in our kitchen and installing a modern combi boiler in the airing cupboard in the bathroom on an internal wall with a vertical flue through our bungalow roof. They then 'gutted' the bathroom, laid underfloor heating, tiled throughout, fitted a new plasterboard ceiling, replaced the bath with a shower tray larger than the bath they had removed and installed a new bathroom suite. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we have found no faults. Whenever we visited the work site we found them working diligently, carefully and with respect for our home and its contents.

Complete bathroom refurbishment
The whole team were absolutely brilliant in all aspects of design, choice of fitments, and installation of our bathroom. Dan and his team were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, even when asking for a couple of extra items to be undertaken at a later date. He was a perfectionist in all aspects of the refurb. Timescale and budget were within agreed scales. Quality of fitments were outstanding. Thank you very much.

Exceptional Customer Service
Ash and the team are second to none. I won't go anywhere else. From the moment you step into their Studio you receive such a friendly welcome. They provide exceptional customer service and have been so patient with me even though I've kept changing my mind about bathroom units, worktop, shower etc. It was so hard to decide when they offer so many styles and colour choices for the units. The team have great ideas and their expert knowledge has made designing my dream bathroom easy and enjoyable. They have been very efficient, responding quickly to emails and queries. I'm fitting the bathroom myself but that isn't a problem as they have given me a fantastic 'supply only' price. And they have been so respectful of my limited budget and even advised me of ways I could save money. They have an amazing choice of tiles. If you want something a little different, that you won't find in other shops, then check them out. I purchased tiles for my kitchen a few years ago which were great 👍and now, for my bathroom I've chosen the Mont blanc teal which will be stunning fitted in herringbone style. Thank you for all your help and advice.

We contacted Wilton Studios with regards to completely renewing and extending our family bathroom. They were extremely helpful and not pushy in any way. They produced a 3 D design which we sat and discussed. They were patient and understanding while helping us make the right choices. They were open to our suggestions and incorporated what we asked for, or made better suggestions. During the actual work they consulted with us and explained any minor issues so we could mutually resolve them. They also suggested improvements as they became necessary. The workmanship was outstanding with attention to detail making the difference between a good job and an excellent job. They were extremely careful to keep the work area in the bathroom and not impact our living space. They cleaned and tidied up at the end of each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wilton Studios to anyone. We are extremely pleased with our new luxury bathroom. So much so that we have asked them to refurbish our cloakroom. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Wilton Studios and feel they were definitely the right choice for me. Gemma and Amy in the showroom are very friendly and informed, Ashley listened carefully to what I wanted from our new bathroom and having done so, made some great suggestions to develop and realise my ideas. I was very happy with the finished design and confident in the fittings and finishes I'd chosen before we proceeded. Dan has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in ensuring his work is finished to a really high standard. He checked at each stage of the job to ensure I was happy and he, Phil and the electricians worked cleanly and carefully in our home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wilton Studios and have already shared their details with friends and family.
